Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) has charged Hunter Ollivierre, a 21-year-old Pefferlaw man, with sexual assault involving a 14-year-old female victim.
Mr. Ollivierre is also charged with sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and luring a child.
According to DRPS, on the evening of August 25, the suspect contacted the 14-year-old female victim, who was not known to him, through the Snapchat App.

The suspect, who was operating a blue Subaru, drove the victim to a remote parking lot in Nestleton, where she was sexually assaulted. The victim didn’t suffer any physical injuries and police were contacted.
Investigators are looking for any witnesses that may have seen the vehicle during this time frame in that location to come forward with any information.
Mr. Ollivierre was held for a bail hearing. The charges have yet to be proven in court.
According to DRPS, investigators are releasing a photo of the suspect to ensure that there are no further victims.
