Georgina, ON – The Town of Georgina is in Step 3 of the Province of Ontario’s Roadmap to Reopen, which came into effect on July 16. As vaccination rates continue to rise and COVID-19 cases drop, the Town is now reopening some facilities for public use. Public health and workplace safety measures will continue to apply, including maintaining physical distance, capacity limits, and wearing face coverings in indoor spaces and whenever physical distancing is a challenge.

Georgina Leisure Pool

Georgina Public Library reopened to the public on July 13 with in-person service at the Keswick and Pefferlaw branches. The Sutton branch is temporarily located at the Link and remains curbside pickup only. Capacity limits remain in place. Visit georginalibrary.ca/ServiceUpdates.
Clerks Division staff are once again permitted to perform wedding ceremonies outdoors within the Civic Centre grounds including at the ROC and Georgina Pioneer Village. For information on getting a marriage licence or arranging a ceremony, visit georgina.ca/MarriageLicence.
The Georgina Civic Centre remains closed to the public. Staff may be reached Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Many services are available online and residents can call 905-476-4301 for further assistance.
