The Georgina Mystic Fair again cast its spell at The Link in Sutton, drawing over a thousand visitors eager to explore crystals, tarot cards, and good vibes.

The fair has become a hit, expanding to two full days. “The energy was magical,” says organizer Apryl Jones, owner of Naturally Enchanted. “Smiling faces and heartfelt connections!”

Jones wanted a space where people could explore spirituality and local craftsmanship. “The community has responded with overwhelming support. Now we have a grant from the Town of Georgina, a team of volunteers, and vendors returning every year.”

The Fair featured a candlelit Retreat Room, and a Learning Café run by Routes—a program providing job experience for at-risk youth. Visitors could browse handcrafted jewelry, sip coffee, have a tarot reading, or simply soak up the good energy.

It supports dozens of small businesses, many run by women from their homes—creative entrepreneurs who transformed challenges into new beginnings.

Roberta James from Bancroft was selling handmade macramé. “I’m a hairdresser,” she says, “but when COVID shut us down, I started this. This fair gives people like me a chance to shine.”

For some, the event was about curiosity. Daisy and Nadia from Bradford came with open minds. “We just wanted to check it out,” says Nadia. “It’s about working on yourself, sharing good energy. The best was Laughing Yoga! Such fun!”

Alejandra from Toronto made the trip for the second year. “I came for jewelry, candles and a reading,” she says. “I’m really into intuition and energy.”

Among the most talked-about vendors was Marion Riedner, owner of Hexen Haven, who announced the opening of her new shop here in Georgina. “Everything just fell into place,” she says. “The space felt right, and the community support has been incredible.

Judging by the success of this Fair there is need and interest. There will be products by me and other creators, plus workshops, classes, and events.”

The real magic of the Fair is community spirit. Many visitors came from outside Georgina, boosting local tourism. “Every dollar spent here goes back into the community,” says Jones.

And the most enchanting part? The way Georgina always shows up with open heart and open mind.”

The Georgina Mystic Fair is more than a gathering—it’s an experience that leaves everyone feeling a little lighter, a little brighter, and maybe, a little more enchanted.
