If a parent or legal guardian is unable to accompany their 12 and/or 13-year-old child to the appointment they can complete and sign a consent form and send it with the child to the appointment.

York Region continues to open new vaccination appointments each week and offers a variety of opportunities for residents to be vaccinated in their community.

Currently, more than 673,000 York Region residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. This represents 68.6% of the Region’s adult population (18+).

Appointments are required. Walk-in appointments are not available unless noted at specific clinics. Please do not visit a vaccination clinic without an appointment – you will be turned away.
