Georgina, ON – The Town of Georgina has introduced a new online process for its resident parking pass. Residents and property owners can now apply using the online portal, and get the parking pass immediately.
The process is easy. Visit the Town’s online permitting and parking pass portal and sign up for an account. Once in the portal, residents can complete the form and a permit will be emailed immediately once approved. Step-by-step instructions are available on the Town website. Residents can obtain up to a maximum of four parking passes per household.
Parking passes must be displayed on the dashboard while parked in areas where required by signage. The resident parking pass is only valid if the front side of the pass and licence plate number are clearly visible from the rear view mirror or front dashboard.
Parking passes are required at Rayners Boat Launch and Glenwoods Parkette for the winter season. From spring to fall, passes are also required at De La Salle Beach, Willow Beach, Holmes Point, Young’s Harbour, North Gwillimbury Park and Jackson’s Point Harbour.
Residents who have questions about eligibility, or who need assistance with the online permitting and parking pass portal, can contact Service Georgina at 905-476-4301 or by email info@georgina.ca.
