TORONTO — Ontario is reporting 437 new cases of COVID-19 and 24 new deaths related to the virus.
There are now 14,432 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in the province, a 3.1 per cent growth rate compared to Friday — the lowest gain of that measure in weeks.
The reported death toll is now at 835.
There are currently 252 patients in hospital and most of them are on ventilators.
The province was able to complete more than 12,000 tests yesterday and has more than 7,000 tests under investigation.
More than 220,000 tests have been completed in Ontario to date.
