Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching, but it’s not too late to make some reservations with plenty of events and special offers happening in Georgina.
From Thursday, February 13 to Sunday, February 16, The Corner House Bistro in Keswick is running a special Valentine’s menu. They are open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday and Sunday and 5 p.m.to 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. You can call and book a reservation at (905) 476-4800.
On Thursday, February 13, Elpida Café & Roastery, Artistic Approach Studio, and Petal Pushers Flower & Gifts in Keswick are hosting a Rose Petal Paint Night using real ground rose petals and ground coffee/tea. The event will be held at Elpida Café and the cost is $35 per painting. You can register by calling Elpida at (905) 535-4673 or Artistic Approach at (289) 470-0288. Elpida Café is also offering Valentine themed drinks for a limited time, and from 8 a.m. on February 14, Keller Williams Realty Centres Brokerage and The York Region Eco Team are paying it forward with a hot or cold specialty drink on them.
On Friday, February 14, Symposium Cafe in Keswick is offering a Valentine’s Day menu from 11 a.m. until 1 a.m. You can call and book at (905) 952-3129.
The Briars Resort & Spa in Jackson’s Point is offering a special three course Valentine’s Day dinner menu. Featuring ahi tuna tartare, seared scallops, beef tenderloin and a dessert to share. Live music will be provided by Larry Baguley playing the grand piano. If you want to make a night of it, The Briars also offer a Valentine’s getaway stay with room, meals, and activities. Lake Simcoe Arms Restaurant in Jackson’s Point is running a special Valentine’s menu and contest on February 14. All customers who eat at the Arms on Friday can fill out a ballot to win one of three prizes, a one-hour couples massage from En Route to Recovery, a weekend stay at Gypsy By the Lake Bed and Breakfast, or a bouquet of flowers from Petal Pushers. Their Valentine menu runs from 5 p.m. till 12 a.m. on February 14 with other specials happening all weekend. You can make a reservation by calling (905) 722-5999.
Ramada Jackson’s Point Resort & Spa are offering one or two night Valentine themed stays and a special Valentine’s Day menu. You can call and book a reservation at (905) 572-6232.
From February 14 to 16, Elio Ristorante in Sutton is having a Valentine pizza and wine/pint special. You can make a reservation by calling (905) 596-3546.
For parents wanting a night out without the kids, Rumble Martial Arts in Keswick is offering a Valentine’s Day Kids Camp on February 14 from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. A fun-filled night of games, fitness, various martial arts and a pizza party dinner. On Sunday, February 16, Crock A Doodle in Keswick is having a Valentine Tea with Peppa Pig and a chance for kids to paint their own piggy bank. You can register and pay online at crockadoodle.com.
