The theme this year is From Wagon Wheels to Ferris Wheels and Victoria Pike, Advertising Chairperson said, “Sutton Fair & Horse Show has roots that go back to 1855. The wagon wheel portion of the theme connects to our heritage and the Ferris wheel connects to the more modern component of our fair.”

Pike said, “Personally, my favourite is the Homecraft Exhibits and entering your creations whether it be flowers, canning, needlework, photography, field crops, vegetables, crafts, quilting, antiques or any of the other categories! On Thursday morning, when the Fair opens at noon, I love going in to see how you did each year. I entered many items as a child and still do as an adult. Now, I love seeing my own children go into the Fair and see how they did on their creations.”

Midway Ride All-Day passes and discounted admission passes can be purchased up till August 7 at Sutton Home Hardware and Keswick Home Hardware. Its $46 per ride pass and $10 admission if you purchase in advance.
