Friday, October 18, will mark the second annual Georgina Mystic Fair at The Link in Sutton. It runs from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and will feature tarot/oracle readers, psychics, astrology practitioners, and assorted vendors.

Apryl Jones is the founder of the Georgina Mystic Fair and runs a holistic healing studio in Jackson’s Point.

Over 1300 people attended last year’s inaugural event and Jones said, “Last year the goal was to have a minimum of 300 attendees, we were blown away by the support from our community and neighbouring municipalities. I’m hopeful we will once again fill the venue over the course of the evening.”

More than 45 vendors will showcase their metaphysical and spiritual products. Vendor spotlights can be seen on the Georgina Mystic Fair Facebook page, like 3 Norns Empowerment & Healing Hub.

Sammi D is the owner of 3 Norns and her spotlight says, “Inspired by Norse mythology and deeply connected to nature and wisdom, I weave a unique tapestry of empowerment and healing.”

Other vendors include; The Joyful Yogini, Celtic Cross Tarot with Michael, Hailey by Design Laser Engraved Creations, Soul-Led Living with Donna Henderson, Intuitive Marlene, R&D Bees and Trees, Gaiawood Designs, and Simcoe Sweets, to name a few.

The Mystic Fair was one of thirteen events that received a portion of $34,000 given out in 2024 as part of the Economic, Culture, and Community Betterment Grant Program distributed by the Town of Georgina.

Jones said, “A lot of time and energy goes into planning an event like this, having the support from the Town of Georgina has been wonderful. Our inaugural event was better than we could have ever imagined, so I think that played a big part in being considered for a grant. As with any event I do, I like to support the community in any way I can, which is why I have once again chosen to support the Georgina Community Food Pantry.”

New this year, the event will have a free/accessible shuttle service from Keswick to Sutton, Mystic Money which will be handed out at random (while quantities last) to attendees, and a new retreat room will be available with candlelight and music.
